HP Designjet Printers - Third-party Macintosh Driver Support
Plotting vector and raster data on an HP DesignJet printer from a Macintosh without adding PostScript (R) to the printer.
Two different third-party options exist:
GDT softworks offers
PowerPlot, a package with an HP-GL/2 and HP RTL driver that supports both LocalTalk and Ethernet printing.
Microspot offers two packages
MacPlot Pro contains an HP-GL/2 driver and provides support for Ethernet printing.
MacPlot GraphicPack contains an HP-GL/2 and an HP RTL driver and provides support for Ethernet printing.
