Where is my ink or toner?

We send ink only when it’s needed, not monthly. Keep your printer connected to the internet to make sure HP knows when to ship more ink.

Check recent shipping information in your HP Instant Ink account.

  • Change or verify your shipping address

Tip: Your latest shipment may have already arrived. Look around your home or office for recently delivered ink.

Connect your printer to Instant Ink

Check your HP Instant Ink account to make sure your printer is connected to the service.

Tip: Make sure your printer is powered on and connected to the internet – even overnight – to receive uninterrupted Instant Ink.

Sleep mode saves energy and keeps you connected. When you aren’t using your printer, it automatically enters sleep mode. This allows it to conserve energy and update the ink level in your account.
