When you try to print, an error condition occurs.
A Paper Jam error message displays on the computer or mobile device.
The Paper icon blinks, and the Attention light
blinks (in USB models) or the front status light turns solid amber (in wireless models).
Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.
Find and clear any paper or media that might be stuck inside the printer.

Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.
