DESCRIPTION
The E-shutter on the webcam might not function when you press the E-shutter key on the keyboard. This issue can be seen before the OS is completely loaded or during HP Computer Setup (F10).

RESOLUTION
To prevent this issue, download and update the BIOS to the latest version from HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads.
note:
Use the E-shutter function after the computer has completely loaded the Windows OS.
