New 3M clear coat with a warranty of up to 5 years
3M has just introduced a clear coat (November 2016), specifically designed to be compatible with the 3rd Generation of HP Latex Inks: 3M Screen Print UV Gloss Clear 9760LX. It is part of the 3M MCS Warranty, with a guarantee of up to 5 years. This liquid laminate is ultraviolet-cured and it is applied with a screen print press. Expansion of 3M warranty from 5 to 6 years (when using film laminates)
The current 3M MCS warranty with some HP Latex Inks and 3M printing films and 3M film over-laminates is up to 5 years. Additional testing from 3M extends this warranty to 6 years. Check specific 3M films and overlaminates and warranties available per country.
