DESCRIPTION
USB drives cannot be mapped to a VMware RDP desktop. The issue occurs if the VMware desktop has been started before inserting the USB drive.

RESOLUTION
Work around the issue using one of the following options:
Option 1: Use PCoIP instead of RDP.
Option 2: Connect USB drives prior to starting a VMware RDP desktop.
