DESCRIPTION
YouCam software displays the following error when a Turkish keyboard is attached to a computer that has English selected for keyboard layout and a user account is created with the Turkish letter " i " in it. (lower case):

The following two (2) conditions are linked to the issue occuring:
  1. A Turkish keyboard is attached to a computer that has English selected for keyboard layout.
  2. Create a user name with the Turkish letter " i " in it. (lower case)

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:
  1. From the Control Panel, click the Clock, Language and Region group.
  2. Click Reigon and Language.
  3. Click the Administrative tab.
  4. Click Change system locale.
  5. Change the Current System Locale to Turkey.
