HP has provided updated operating system software for HP Smart Zero Core OS v4.3 and v4.3.1. Please choose one of three methods below to resolve the issue on the thin client.
Issue can be solved by one of three update methods, available from
hp.com.
- Select 'Support & Drivers'
- Enter the specific model that is affected such as t410, t510, or t610
- Select the model
- Select HP Smart Client

Choose one of two updates that resolve the vulnerability:
- Select and install Citrix Login Fix v3.13-1-1 on Smart Zero Core OS v4.3 or v4.3.1
- Download and install Smart Zero Core Image v4.3.2
