Pour résoudre ce problème, désinstallez le pilote graphique installé par Windows Update et téléchargez et installez le SoftPaq suivant pour installer la version précédente du pilote graphique Intel, version 24.20.100.6291.
- Ouvrez les Paramètres Windows.
- Sélectionnez Applications et fonctionnalités.
- Recherchez le Pilote graphique Intel.
- Sélectionnez Désinstaller.
- Suivez les instructions à l'écran pour désinstaller le pilote.
- Installez le SoftPaq SP92633 pour revenir à la version précédente du pilote, 24.20.100.6291.
