HP LaserJet Enterprise MFP, HP OfficeJet Enterprise MFP, HP PageWide Enterprise MFP, HP Managed MFP - Configure fax billing codes

Follow these steps if your printer has a FutureSmart 3 touchscreen control panel.

1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, scroll to and touch the Administration button.

2. Open the following menus:

   1. Fax Settings

   2. Fax Send Settings

   3. Fax Send Setup

   4. Billing Codes

3. Touch the Enable Billing Codes option to enable billing codes.

   Note:

   To disable billing codes, deselect the Enable Billing Codes option, touch the Save button, and then skip the remaining steps.

   To allow users to edit billing codes, select the Edit Billing Codes box.

4. Touch the Default Billing Code field to open a touch keypad.

5. Enter the billing code and then touch the OK button.

6. Touch the Minimum Length field to open the touch keypad.

7. Type the minimum number of digits you want in the billing code, and then touch the OK button.

8. Touch the Save button.

Follow these steps if your printer has a FutureSmart 4 or 5 touchscreen control panel.

1. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, navigate to and touch Settings.

2. Open the following menus:

   1. Fax

   2. Fax Send Settings

   3. Billing Code Settings

3. Select the Enable Billing Codes option to enable billing codes.

   Note:

   To disable billing codes, deselect the Enable Billing Codes option, touch Done, and then skip the remaining steps.

   To allow users to edit billing codes, select the Allow users to edit billing code box.

4. Touch the Minimum Length field to open the touch keypad.

5. Type the minimum number of digits that you want in the billing code.

6. Touch the Default Billing Code field to open the touch keypad.

7. Enter the billing code and then touch the OK button.

8. Touch Done.
