DESCRIPTION
The error 0X3B is displayed on a blue screen. The issue occurs after the computer is idle for 30 minutes while on battery power.

SCOPE

  • Microsoft Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, follow the steps below to perform Windows Updates:

NOTE: The KB4034674 update will be downloaded and installed automatically from Windows Updates.
  1. Connect the computer to the Internet.
  2. Check for Windows Updates.
  3. Download and install Windows Updates.
  4. Confirm KB4034674 was downloaded and installed during Windows Updates.
