RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, perform one the following procedures:
If the screen resolution has been changed from native resolution,
  1. Go to Control Panel.
  2. Tap or click Tablet PC Settings.
  3. Tap or click Calibrate and follow the on-screen instructions.
If the screen resolution has been changed to the native resolution,
  1. Go to Control Panel.
  2. Tap or click Tablet PC Settings.
  3. Tap or click Reset.
  4. Tap or click Calibrate and follow the on-screen instructions.
