HP Color Access Control - Using the Color Usage Job Log to Monitor Color Use

Using the color usage job log to monitor color use
Print the color usage job log from the printer control panel. The log shows each print job completed by the printer and shows how many color pages were produced for each print job.
The printer can store from 32 jobs with standard memory to more than 7,000 jobs with additional printer memory.
  1. Press Menu.
  2. Press (DOWN) to highlight INFORMATION, and then press (SELECT).
  3. Press (DOWN) to highlight PRINT COLOR USAGE JOB LOG, and then press (SELECT).
      note:
The color usage job log is intended for monitoring color use rather than job accounting. The oldest print jobs are deleted from the list as new print jobs are added to the list. Also, the printer erases the log each time the printer is turned off.
You also can print the color usage job log from the printer driver Services tab.
  1. Complete one of the following steps:
    • Open the Printers dialog box, right-click the printer, and then click Printing Preferences.
    • Open the printer driver, and then click Properties.
  2. Click the Services tab.
  3. Click Print Color Usage Job Log.
