Lors de l'utilisation du disque du DRDVD HP, le Gestionnaire de récupération HP ne crée pas d'icône sur le Bureau Windows permettant d'effectuer l'installation de HP Backup & Recovery Manager. Les fichiers d'installation sont créés et placés dans le dossier C:\SWSEtup\sft.

RÉSOLUTION

Pour installer HP Backup & Recovery Manager, procédez aux étapes suivantes :

Cliquez sur Démarrer, puis sur Ordinateur et développez Disque local (C:).
Développez SWSetup et sélectionnez le dossier sft.
Double-cliquez sur setup.exe pour installer HP Backup & Recovery Manager.
Suivez les instructions qui apparaissent à l'écran.
