Description

HP is adding fixes to the BIOS on the following HP 2020 desktop PCs.

Effective September 9, 2021, HP is enhancing the BIOS on the HP 2020 desktop PCs. The new updates are being made available for download from the HP software and drivers page for the product.

HP EliteDesk 800 G6 Tower and 800 G6 Small Form Factor PC System BIOS has the following enhancements added:

Fixes issue when some F10 settings or help message display incompletely after display language is changed to non-English.
Fixes issue when Power On Password cannot be cleared after selecting 'Restore Security Settings to Factory Defaults' with Sure Admin enabled.
Fixes issue where an error message pops up (0x8007054F) while enable Power-On Authentication if user account name is longer than 11 characters.
Fixes issue when the Intune service reports that the TCG device is NOT COMPLIANT.
Fixes issue when the PCR7 configuration is set as 'Binding Not Possible' while Intel Management Engine is permanently disabled.
Adds support for Intel Pyramid Glacier.
Adds support for RTX 3070 LHR graphic card.
