When audio files are recorded with the Voice Recorder using different recording levels, the output volume of the files remain the same. This is exhibited when the "Enable HP Noise Reduction" option is unchecked/disabled in the DTS Audio Control Panel.

To resolve this issue, follow the steps to enable the "Enable HP Noise Reduction" option in the DTS Audio Control Panel.

Open the DTS Audio Control Panel.

Click the DTS Audio icon in the system tray or click the Start Menu button and search for DTS Audio Control Panel.

Select the Recording Experience tab.

Check Enable HP Noise Reduction.

Close the DTS Audio Control Panel.
