HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Upgrade From Microsoft Windows 8 to 8.1 When the Hard Drive Is Encrypted

DESCRIPTION
The computer does not complete a Microsoft Windows 8.1 upgrade when HP Client Security (WinMagic Drive Encryption) is enabled. The computer displays an error message during the process indicating that Drive Encryption must be disabled. If Drive Encryption is not disabled, the computer appears to complete the upgrade procedure but boots to Windows 8 instead of Windows 8.1.
