DesignJet 815/ 4200/ - cc800 Mapping to a Network Drive Using Version 6.0 of the System Software

Issue:
Cannot see a network drive when logged on as a user. BCC is the default user. When logged on to the touchscreen as administrator and mapped to a network drive, the network drive does not show up when logged on as the BCC user. It does show up when logged on as administrator.
Solution
In order to see a network drive when logged on as a user (again BCC is default) it is necessary to give the user admin rights, then log on as that user and then map to the network drive. The network drive will then be available when logged on as the user. For example: Using the default BCC user, log onto the touchscreen as the BCC user. Map to the network drive (by default, the BCC user has rights to map to a network drive). The network drive that was just mapped to will show up ONLY when logged in as the BCC user. If you log in as administrator, the network drive will be available.
