HP LaserJet MFP and All-in-One Products - Importing Editing Exporting and Backup Address Book Using the Web-Interface

The Address Book contacts will be lost by performing a Hard Disk initialization.
Details
To backup the address book and to edit the Address Book follow the steps given below.
  1. Type the IP address of the MFP in Internet Browser and open the Web-Interface of the MFP.
  2. Click on Digital Sending tab>Import/Export (Upgrade the firmware of the MFP if the option is missing)
  3. Click the Import Button. Save the AddressBooks.csv file to the disk.
  4. If you wish to edit the Address book entries, open the AddressBooks.csv file using a spread sheet application and modify it without changing the first row.
  5. Save the file in .csv format. Import the modified file to the MFP using the steps below.
  6. Click on Digital Sending tab>Import/Export and Click the Import Button. Click on Browse and navigate to the modified .csv file.
  7. Click on Import. This will update the local address book of the MFP.
