HP PCs - Finding warranty information

The HP Product Warranty Check webpage provides current warranty status, category, and warranty end date. It also offers support solutions for your computer.

1. Find, and then note the serial number for your computer. For detailed steps, go to Find product and serial numbers for HP PCs, printers, and accessories.

2. Go to the Product Warranty Check website.

3. Select the country/region where the computer was purchased, type your serial number, and then click Submit.

   

Use HP Support Assistant to find the current warranty status, category, and warranty end date of your device.

1. Make sure that your computer is connected to the internet.

2. In Windows, search for and open HP Support Assistant.

3. On the My Dashboard tab, select Warranty to open the details view.

   The warranty status, start date, and estimated end date are displayed.

2. Open the Google Play Store, search for and install HP Support Assistant, if it is not already installed on your device.

   Note:

   HP Support Assistant might not be available for all versions of the Android operating system or all HP devices running Android.

3. Open the app, and then tap Warranty and Service Contracts to view your warranty information.
