Solution
Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:

Check the electrical contact marked in the photo on the toner cartridge.

If this contact is damaged replace the toner cartridge with a new one.

If this contact is fine, check the contact marked in the below picture, inside unit in the toner cradle.

If the marked contact is broken or bent, the unit need to be repaired, contact the nearest HP contact center for support.
