Issue:

The message Image exceeds paper width is displayed on the EFI program window.

note:
The error messages displayed in the program window are preceded by the word "input," "color," "print" or "port" to indicate at which stage of processing the problem occurred.

Solution

Perform one of the following:

Select a different paper size in the "Print" pane of the job settings.
Scale the job to fit on the paper size loaded in the printer.

Cause

The job is too large to fit on the selected paper size.
