Since the issue persists, let us print and evaluate another print quality diagnostic page. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Load plain white paper into the input tray.

2. On the printer control panel, press the Home button, and then press the Setup button.

3. Press the button next to the Down Arrow to scroll to Reports, and then press the button next to OK.

4. Scroll down to Print Quality Report, and then press the button next to OK. The test page prints.

1. Examine Test Pattern 1. There should be no dark lines or white gaps where the arrows are pointing.

2. Examine Test Pattern 2. The lines should be straight and connected.

3. Examine Test Pattern 3. There should be no thin white lines across the columns.
