Samsung Mobile Print App - Scanned image is cropped or missing content when scanning to PDF

Issue

When trying to scan from an Android 10 mobile device to PDF format using the Samsung Mobile Print app (version 4.08.0024 and older) with a Samsung printer, the scanned PDF file does not contain all content from the original image and the image is cropped.

Solution

Update the Samsung Mobile Print App to the newest version (4.08.0025 or newer) from the Google Play Store.

Cause

There is a bug in the software.
