HP PageWide 300, 400, 500 Series - A "Printer Failure" message and "0x610000CC" error code display on the printer control panel

A "Printer Failure: There is a problem with the printer or print system..." error message displays on the printer control panel along with a "0x610000CC" error code.

To resolve this error, ask the customer to turn the printer off, then back on. If the problem persists, unplug the power cord and re-connect the power cord. If the problem persists, contact HP.
