以 Symantec Endpoint Encryption 執行完整的磁碟加密之後,筆記型電腦無法進入 Symantec 登入畫面。 可能在載入開機前驗證的聲明時當機,或一直處於空白畫面。 重新啟動筆記型電腦無法解決此問題。
此問題只會在配備 Micron 固態磁碟機的筆記型電腦上發生。
