Um dieses Problem zu beheben, deinstallieren Sie den von Windows Update installierten Grafiktreiber, laden Sie das folgende SoftPaq herunter und installieren Sie es, um die frühere Version des Intel Grafiktreibers – Version 24.20.100.6291 – zu installieren.
- Öffnen Sie Windows-Einstellungen.
- Wählen Sie Apps und Funktionen.
- Suchen Sie den Intel Grafiktreiber.
- Wählen Sie Deinstallieren aus.
- Folgen Sie den Anweisungen auf dem Bildschirm, um den Treiber zu deinstallieren.
- Installieren Sie das SoftPaq SP92633, um zur vorherigen Treiberversion 24.20.100.6291 zurückzukehren.
