Introduction

Customers have two self-repair kits to choose from when servicing Tray 2, Tray 3, or the 550-sheet paper feeder. One of these kits contains parts to service a single tray, and the other contains enough parts to service two trays. Ensure that you are ordering the correct kit for your needs.

Review the information below to ensure that you order the correct kit when servicing printer trays.

Reference the part number when ordering customer self-repair roller kits. Unfortunately, there have been instances where the incorrect image of “parts included” was used with the part number. Customers would order what they thought were enough rollers to service two trays, but would receive only the single tray roller kit.
