DESCRIPTION
The call status LEDs on the Communications Top no longer show call status and the call buttons stop working. Only the volume control buttons work. This occurs after Skype Room Systems (SRS) has been updated to version 4.0.8.0.
NOTE: The issue does not affect the Center of Room Control. Call and status functions on the CoRC still work normally.

  • Microsoft Windows 10 IoT (64-bit)
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:
  1. Open Device Manager.
  2. Locate and expand the Human Interface Devices section.
  3. Locate the Slice Collaboration Cover device.
  4. Right-click and select Update driver.
  5. Select Search automatically for updated driver software and wait for the driver to download and install.
  6. Locate the HID Telephony for Slice device.
  7. Right-click and select Update driver.
  8. Select Search automatically for updated driver software and wait for the driver to download and install.
  9. Confirm the driver version is updated to version. 1.0.1.123.
