Download from HP support
To download drivers and manuals from the HP support site, use these instructions.

Go to support.hp.com.

Enter the printer model in the search bar, then click on the search icon.

On the model printer support page, click the tab that describes the information for which you are searching. For example, to view user guides and manuals, click User Guides. To download drivers, click Software and Drivers.Figure : Example of tabs on printer support page
Download the web installer
To download the web installer, use these instructions.

Download the web installer.

Select any driver/application from the list (same as the product CD installer).
note:
If you access the site on Mac OS, the Mac Installer will be available for download.

You can install the drivers and applications several ways. The table shows what is available to install using the various components.

※ Components may differ among products.
※ The recent CD installer doesn’t include the PS/XPS driver. PS/XPS drivers are only available from the web link.
The three methods of installation in the table are described in detail:

CD Installer: The CD includes all components including drivers and applications.Depending on the selected model, the installer communicates with the device and lists only the designated drivers and applications from the CD components.

HP Support site: Manually search and install drivers, applications, and manuals.

Samsung Printer Software Installer: The web installer communicates with Remote Diagnostic Server (RDS) and shows the selected model’s specific drivers and applications (same as the HP Support site).
note:
This method requires the network connection to communicate with RDS. You must keep the network connected even with the downloaded Samsung Printer Software Installer.Figure : Warning message that network is not connected
