CSR Part Return Instructions - Europe, Middle East, and Africa

Important: Do not discard your defective part. This part must be returned to HP within 5 calendar days of when you received the replacement part. (Return is free of charge, prepaid by HP.)
  1. Check for a return label. If your defective part needs to be returned, HP will provide return labels either inside the box, or in the "poly pouch" attached to the box. Spare part shipments contain detailed instructions on how to return the defective part.
  2. Package the part carefully using the packaging material that came with the new part.
  3. Seal the box with packaging tape.
  4. Apply the return label to the box, covering up the original shipping label.
  5. To arrange for prepaid package return, follow the detailed instructions included in the spare part shipment.

Additionally, the CSR E-Notification shipment confirmation e-mail contains a link to detailed returns instructions in your local language.
