DESCRIPTION
The tablet displays the disabled USB port as "Enabled" when the tablet is disconnected from the keyboard base. This only occurs if the USB port was disabled while the tablet was connected from the keyboard base.

SCOPE
Information in this document applies to the following:
Computer:
  • HP Pro x2 612 G1
RESOLUTION
Disable the USB ports while the computer is in tablet mode. Refer to the steps below:
  1. Disconnect the tablet from the keyboard base if the tablet is not already disconnected.
  2. Press the Power button to power off the tablet.
  3. Press the Power button and the Volume down button at the same time to power on the tablet.
  4. Tap F10, Advanced, and Port Options.
  5. Tap USB Port to disable the USB port.
  6. Tap Save and Exit.
