HP Designjet L25500 Printer series - System Error 14.08:00

Issue

The system error 14.08:00 is displayed in the front panel during startup or when a print job is sent.

Solution

1. Check the electrical supply.
2. Check that the power cables are correctly inserted at the rear of the printer.
3. Check to see if a fuse has blown on one of the electrical input cables.
4. Check to see if the Residual Current Circuit Breaker (RCCB) has blown, reset it.
  
  RCCB armed and disarmed description
  
  Disarmed position:
  The circuit breaker is OPEN. No current will pass through it. 14.08:00 System Error will appear and the printer will NOT work. The Figure below shows the disarmed position of the RCCB. When the RCCB is disarmed:

  Blue levers are down
  
  You can read the small “0” on the blue levers
  
  The small window on the top right shows green
  Armed position:
  The circuit breaker is CLOSED. Current will flow through it. No System Errors shall appear and the printer will work properly. The Figure below shows the ARMED position of the RCCB. When the RCCB is armed:
