subject of the message. An attachment opens only if it has been downloaded completely. The download time for the attachment depends on the attachment size and the network conditions.

Opening the attachments
Follow these steps to open the e-mail attachments.

Tap Start > Messaging.

Select an e-mail message with the
(Attachment) icon.

Tap Menu > Download Message.

Tap Menu > Send/Receive.

Tap the e-mail message.

Locate and tap the desired attachment. The attachment is displayed in the appropriate application.
note:All e-mails sent through the Microsoft Exchange server are subject to attachment blocking. This applies to all e-mail clients that retrieve emails from the Microsoft Exchange server, including the HP iPAQ devices and other mobile messaging clients.
