HP Officejet Enterprise, HP Officejet Managed - 61.00.0x Errors

Problema:
When a 61.00.00, 61.00.01, 61.00.02, or 61.00.03 error is displayed on the control panel, it indicates that there is an issue with the print engine.
Solução
Step one: Turn the printer off and then on
Turn the printer off, and then hold the power button for three seconds when you turn the printer on.
Step two: Repeat turning the printer off and back on
If the error persists, repeat turning the printer off and holding the power button while turning the printer back on.
Step three: Try printing without Tray 3
Remove Tray 3, and try printing without the tray installed. If the error returns, turn the printer off and then back on again.
Step four: Verify the firmware
Current firmware needs to be downloaded from HP.com.
For instructions, refer to Update firmware using a USB flash drive or the Embedded Web Server (EWS) (c03847973) (English).
Step five: Check connections on the formatter
If the error persists, remove the formatter and check for any loose connections.
  1. Turn off the printer, and then disconnect the power cable.

  2. Disconnect either the USB cable or the network ethernet cable.

  3. Remove the output bin by pulling up on the edge of the bin closest to the output flap, tilting it away from the printer, and then pulling the assembly up.

  4. Disconnect the thumbscrew, and then pull the access cover up.

  5. At the back of the printer, disconnect two thumbscrews.

  6. At the front of the printer, grab the formatter assembly handle and pull the formatter out of the printer.

  7. Check all of the connectors on the formatter to ensure they are properly seated.
  8. Insert the formatter into the slot at the front of the product.

  9. At the back of the product, fasten the two thumbscrews.

  10. Reinstall the access cover by sliding it down into place and then fastening the thumbscrew.

  11. Reinstall the output bin.

  12. Reconnect either the USB cable or the network cable.

  13. Reconnect the power cable, and then press the power button to turn on the printer.

Step six: Contact HP
If the issue continues, contact HP technical support to perform more complex troubleshooting steps.
