HP Web Jetadmin - Getting Started with Reports

HP Web Jetadmin provides a variety of reports that contain information about the devices on your network. Two steps are required to generate a report.

  1. Collect the data: Add the devices or device groups to a data collection, and activate the data collection process. The data collection process impacts network traffic and requires database space.

  2. Generate the report: Specify the following options:

    Note:

    This step is required each time you want to generate a report.

    • Type of report to generate. The data collection specified in step 1 determines the reports that you can generate.

    • Devices or device groups to include in the report. You can include all of the devices specified in step 1 or a subset of those devices.

      Note:

      You can only select devices for the report if data has been collected for them.

    • Time period for the data to include in the report.
