This document is for HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200w, 1200nw, and 1202nw printers.
Before you can wirelessly print, connect your printer to the same local wireless network as your computer or mobile device. Use the HP software to guide you through the setup process.

To use your printer on a wireless network, you need the following items:

A compatible computer or mobile device connected to your wireless network

Internet access

A USB cable (might be required during installation)

For mobile device setup, enable Bluetooth on your Android or iOS smartphone or tablet. This signal is used to discover the printer during setup.

Place the printer close to the computer or mobile device and within range of the router.

Make sure the printer is on, has toner, and paper is loaded. For more information, go to First Time Printer Setup.

Press and hold the Wireless button
on the printer control panel for 5 seconds or until the Wireless light flashes and a busy animation displays.

Within two minutes, press the WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) button on your router to begin the connection process.The Wireless light on the printer stops flashing when the connection completes.

Install the printer software.

Windows, Mac, Android, and Apple iOS: Go to 123.hp.com to install the recommended software. Follow the instructions to connect to your printer.
