USB-C Port B does not function after the initial computer setup. The port does not charge or recognize any USB devices. Port A functions normally.

RESOLUTION
To recover from this issue, perform a G3 reset by pressing the Power button and holding it for 15 seconds, which simulates battery removal. Physically disconnecting the battery from the computer also resolves the issue.
