  • HP TX1 Point of Sale Solution Model 120
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, refer to the following instructions. This procedure is needed when attempting to turn on the computer for the very first time.
  1. Insert the A/C adapter into the computer and plug into outlet.
  2. Press and hold the power button down for 10 seconds.
  3. The unit should power on.
