Issue
A 'Cannot retrieve data' error displays when using the HP SureSupply app.
Solution
  1. Make sure that there is a live cellular or wireless (Wi-Fi) connection on the mobile device. If the connection is good, there might be a temporary server issue.
  2. Wait for a few minutes, restart the HP SureSupply app, and then try again.
