HP Color LaserJet CP2020 Series Printer - 'Out of Paper' False Message Issue

Issue
Selecting the see what's printing, option in Windows 7 Operating System results false message saying Its out of paper.
Solution
Perform a "Restore to Defaults" from the printer control panel to resolve the issue.
  note:
Before restoring defaults, print the configuration page. This information can be used to reset the customer-specific settings.
  caution:
All HP network settings are also reset. Be sure to print a configuration page before restoring defaults. Make note of the IP address that is listed on the Config Report. You might need to restore the IP address after performing the Restore to defaults. Use the following steps to print a configuration page:
1. On the Control Panel, press OK.
2. Use the arrow buttons to select Reports, and then press OK.
3. Use the arrow buttons to select Config Report, and then press OK.
Now to restore the factory-set defaults:
1. Press OK to open the Menu.
2. Use the Left arrow or the Right arrow button to select Service, and then press OK.
3. Use the Left arrow or the Right arrow button to select Restore Defaults, and then press OK.The product automatically restarts.
