Trade in/trade up program

The HP trade in/trade up program provides the opportunity to trade an old, legacy HP Jetdirect product for a new model at upwards of 15% to 20% off the retail price. In most cases, your new HP Jetdirect print server will have more features than the predecessor.
New products come with a new warranty (one year or three years, depending on the model) that includes HP's award winning service and support. HP will pay for the costs associated with shipping the old HP Jetdirect back, and HP will even assist you with assessing your current printing needs to ensure that you purchase the product that is right for your printing environment.

For more information, or to place an order, call the HP Support Center at 800-474-6836 (800-HPINVENT) and be ready with the following information:
  • Product name (for example: MIO Combo Card)
  • Product number (for example: J2552B)
  • Payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express)
