Les services Web cessent peut-être de fonctionner et ne sont plus pris en charge par certaines imprimantes HP. Il est possible que l’un des messages d’erreur suivants s'affiche sur le panneau de commande de votre imprimante.

Erreur de connexion au serveur. Problème lors de la connexion au serveur. Appuyez sur réessayer ou OK pour quitter.
Problème lié aux services Web. Problème de connexion au serveur des services Web.
Erreur de connexion au serveur. Connexion aux services Web impossible. Vérifiez votre accès à Internet et réessayez.

Puis-je mettre à jour mon imprimante pour faire fonctionner les services web à nouveau ?

Non. Les imprimantes qui ne prennent plus en charge les services Web ne peuvent plus recevoir de mises à jour du micrologiciel ou mettre à jour le micrologiciel en raison des limitations de la mémoire physique et/ou de la capacité à s'adapter aux nouveaux certificats de sécurité.

Qu'arrive-t-il à mon imprimante lorsque les services web ne fonctionnent pas ?

Certaines fonctions de l'imprimante peuvent être affectées après l'arrêt des services Web.

Seules les fonctionnalités connectées au Web telles qu'ePrint sont affectées lorsque les services Web ne sont pas actifs. Selon votre imprimante, vous pourrez toujours imprimer et numériser via une connexion réseau filaire, sans fil ou USB.

Y a-t-il des alternatives à ces fonctionnalités des services web ?

HP fournit plusieurs solutions d'impression, de numérisation et de télécopie mobiles et sans fil lorsque votre imprimante est connectée à un réseau local.
