Le problème est dû au fait que certaines combinaisons de touches de clavier ne fonctionnent pas de la même façon dans un environnement de pré-démarrage que dans Windows.
Pour contourner ce problème, saisissez un mot de passe incorrect 3 fois avec le clavier physique. L'écran du clavier s'affiche. Utilisez la souris pour saisir le mot de passe avec le clavier sur l'écran.
