HP PCs - Unable to Log in to Windows Troubleshooting

This document applies to HP desktop and notebook computers with Windows.
When you forget your login password, you cannot access Windows. Other issues might include:
  • You can't log in to your computer.
  • You forgot your user account password.
  • You can't sign in to your Microsoft connected account.
To reset the password you use to sign in to Windows, go to Unable to Log in to Windows Troubleshooting.
