HP PCs - System board (00A) error is displayed on a black screen
On startup, if one of the following 00A error messages is displayed, the system has found an invalid serial number.
Product Information not valid error message (newer PC models)
Product Information not valid error message (older PC models)
This message might be displayed after the system board has been replaced. The message indicates that the serial number was not entered, or was entered incorrectly, after replacing the system board or another component.
