When attempting to join a domain or configuring the security settings in the operating system, the computer might stop responding at the HP logo screen. This occurs on computers configured with Intel 11
th and 12
th Gen processors.

note:Group policies or other security software could modify this setting on the computer. This might require an update to the group policy settings or security software to prevent modification of the settings. If not, the issue will reoccur when the policy is resynchronized. Microsoft released a fix in the September 20, 2022 cumulative update to avoid this issue.
