DESCRIPTION
The computer is unable to connect to a hotspot using a Bluetooth connection. This occurs because the McAfee LiveSafe app does not consider Bluetooth connections to be a secure network connection.

RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, follow these steps to reconfigure the computer IP address as a whitelisted IP address:
  1. Open the McAfee LiveSafe Console.
    Click the Start menu, find McAfee LiveSafe or double-click the McAfee icon in the system tray to open McAfee LiveSafe Console.
  2. Click the My Protection icon on the left panel, and then select Firewall underneath Protect your PC.
  3. Go to My Network Connections.
  4. Add a new IP Address range 192.168.138.0 - 192.168.138.255 with Network type as Home and Adapter Type as Wired.
