Information regarding recent vulnerabilities
HP is aware of the recent vulnerabilities commonly referred to as "Spectre" and "Meltdown". HP has published a security bulletin with patches for these issues and a list of impacted systems. We will continue to update the bulletin as more information becomes available and encourage customers to check the bulletin frequently.

Sprout by HP - Cannot create new Mixamo Fuse substances using mat capture

When trying to create a new substance, Mixamo Fuse displays the following message:

WARNING: Could not find C:\Users\siamese\AppData\Local\Temp\Mixamo Fuse\NewCustomSubstance_4.png, reverting to default Diffuse image

After clicking OK the following message appears:

Substance imported successfully!

The new substance is blank and the substance collection will have this blank added.

Calibrate the touch mat to resolve the issue. To calibrate the touch mat use these instructions:

Tap the three horizontal bars displayed at the top-right of the touch mat.
Tap Settings.

Tap Calibrate, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the calibration.
