Nokia 7610 Phones and HP Photosmart 325 Series Printers - Improving Print Quality

Issue
The quality of the printed photo is poor. How can it be improved?
Solution
  • The print cartridge might be running out of ink. Check the ink-level icon on the printer screen, and replace the print cartridge if necessary.
  • Ensure that the photo being sent from the Nokia 7610 phone is of high quality.
      note:
Photos taken with VGA-resolution cameras, such as those found in some wireless phones, might not have high enough resolution to produce a high-quality print. Always set the camera image quality to High, using the Image settings submenu in the camera Settings menu.
  • Use only high-quality photo paper of the correct size.
      note:
HP recommends use of high-quality HP Premium and Premium Plus photo papers for best photo quality.
  • The paper might be loaded incorrectly in the tray. Make sure the paper is loaded with the side to be printed facing toward the front of the printer.
  • The print cartridge might need to be cleaned.
  • The print cartridge might need to be aligned.
